Dare to dream, dare to play
Kick racism out
Our Commitment to Anti-Racism
Punjab Warriors is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone involved in our club. Racism in any form has no place in soccer or in our community.
We believe soccer should unite people across cultures, backgrounds, and identities. We are proud of the diversity within our club and are dedicated to ensuring that all players, coaches, officials, volunteers, supporters, and families are treated with dignity and respect.
What Anti-Racism Means to Us
Anti-racism means more than rejecting racism—it means actively working to prevent it, challenge it, and respond to it when it occurs. This includes:
Standing against racial abuse, discrimination, and harassment
Promoting fairness, equality, and inclusion at all levels of the club
Educating our community about respect and cultural awareness
Supporting those who experience racism
Our Expectations
Everyone associated with Punjab Warriors is expected to:
Treat others with respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, or background
Speak up or report racist behaviour when it is witnessed
Follow club policies, codes of conduct, and league regulations
Racist language, gestures, behaviour, or online activity will not be tolerated.
Reporting and Support
We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses racism to report it. All reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially where possible. The club is committed to supporting affected individuals and taking appropriate action.
